Virtual Meetings

Most Al-Anon and Alateen meetings in Washington DC, Montgomery and Prince George's Counties were suspended due to Covid-19. Some continue to meet virtually. Click HERE for a list of these groups. Meetings highlighted in blue are in need of support. Meetings highlighted in green are hybrid (virtual and face-to-face). There is one Alateen meeting, highlighted in red.

IMPORTANT Alateen Zoom Meetings Guidelines

  • As with all Alateen meetings:
    • There will be 2 Alateen sponsors in the meeting; one will be the host.
    • Only Alateen members and prospective members may attend.
  • For Security purposes
    • The meeting will begin at on time and be locked (meaning no one else can join) 10 minutes after the meeting starts, so please don’t be late.
    • Your video must be enabled for you to join – we need to always know who is on the call.
    • Zoom chat will be disabled.
  • The meeting is for one hour and the format will be the same, please have your book(s) available before the meeting starts.
  • Unless you are speaking, please mute your mic.
